Education
Intelligensa deliver comprehensive training to ensure the safety and wellbeing of both staff and pupils, covering key areas such as Positive Handling and Positive Behaviour Support to promote safe and effective behaviour management.
Training also includes safeguarding responsibilities to protect children from harm, appropriate procedures for searching pupils in line with legal guidance, emergency response protocols including Run, Hide, Tell, and awareness of Martyn’s Law to strengthen preparedness against potential security threats.
Health & Social Care
Intelligensa deliver comprehensive training to protect staff and service users, including Bild ACT-certified Physical Intervention (PMVA) and Breakaway techniques to ensure the safe and lawful use of restrictive practices, alongside Positive Behaviour Support and effective strategies for managing conflict and behaviours of distress.
Training also incorporates the safe and appropriate use of the Safety Pod as a supportive intervention, as well as safeguarding for young people and vulnerable adults, lone worker safety to reduce risk in isolated settings, and ligature removal techniques to enable rapid response in high-risk situations, promoting a safe, compliant, and person-centred care environment.
Escort & Secure Patient Transport
Intelligensa deliver comprehensive training to keep staff and patients safe, including Bild ACT-certified Physical Intervention (PMVA) and Breakaway techniques, as well as Bild ACT-certified mechanical restraint training covering the safe and lawful use of handcuffs, soft cuffs, and restraint belts.
Training also addresses managing conflict and behaviours of distress, safeguarding responsibilities, appropriate procedures for searching individuals, and ligature removal techniques, ensuring a safe, legally compliant, and person-centred care environment.

Intelligensa provide Football Stewards and Event Staff with comprehensive training in Physical Intervention, Conflict Management, and the safe use of Restraint Equipment, equipping them to confidently and lawfully manage aggression, challenging behaviour, and public-facing conflict.
We offer training in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) to help staff understand the underlying causes of behaviour, alongside practical strategies for managing conflict and behaviours of distress, promoting safety, professionalism, and proportionate response at events.
Local Authorities
Intelligensa provide local authorities with comprehensive training for school escorts and frontline staff, including Positive Handling, Positive Behaviour Support, Physical Intervention and Breakaway techniques to manage risk safely and proportionately.
