Basic Life Support and Safe Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) (RQF)
A half day course recommended as training for first aiders in the workplace who have access to a defibrillator.
This course had been approved for pre-16 year olds and is supported by both the HSE and Skills for Health.
The qualification is valid for 1 year.

A 3 hour course specifically developed to help members of the public learn life-saving skills for use in the event of a deliberate multiple casualty incident.
