Intelligensa provide Conflict Management training to staff who may experience conflict in the workplace or when dealing with the public. Delivered at your venue, we will train your staff how to recognise the signs of a situation escalating and teach some simple methods to de-escalate it, to avoid violence.

A 1 day course that teaches why some service users exhibit challenging behaviour, how to recognise it and some simple methods to de-escalate conflict situations. In addition to the half day course, delegates will take part in role plays to put the skills into practice.
We teach in compliance with NHS and DfE guidance.
All training is delivered with a constant emphasis on preventative strategies. We will work with your team to teach Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), Managing Challenging Behaviour, De-escalation, Breakaway Techniques, and how to use Restrictive Physical Interventions (restraint techniques) to safely hold people at risk of harming themselves or others.
We are certified trainers for the BILD ACT Restraint Reduction Network (RRN).
All our staff hold teaching and subject specific qualifications. We are affiliated to, licensed by and quality assured by the National Federation for Personal Safety (NFPS). We are an awarding body with the FAA delivering Ofqual regulated Qualifications and are members of the Institute of Conflict Management (ICM).
