Positive Behaviour Support training helps us understand the reasons for behaviours, so we can better meet people's needs, enhance their quality of life & reduce the likelihood of the behaviour happening.
This training will teach learners how to develop positive proactive strategies to support their service users.
All training is delivered with the express purpose of reducing the need for restrictive physical interventions.
