Intelligensa provide Football Steward & Event staff with Physical Intervention, Conflict Management & Restraint Equipment training. This training is ideal for staff who experience aggression, challenging behaviour & conflict in the workplace when dealing with the public.
Delivered at your venue, we can train staff to safely hold those at risk of harming themselves or others.
We will teach staff to spot and diffuse conflict before it escalates.
Outstanding and affordable, our training is available 7 days a week, including evenings. Small groups welcomed.

Event Steward Physical Intervention
This can be a half day or a full day course aimed to teach your staff Physical Intervention skills allowing them to Prevent & Manage Violence & Aggression (PMVA) within the stadium or venue.
Conflict Management
We offer a range of Conflict Management courses that teach why some service users exhibit challenging behaviour, how to recognise it and some simple but effective methods to de-escalate the conflict.
Restraint Equipment
Intelligensa provide training in the safe and effective use of restraint equipment, including handcuffs and soft restraints. This course is only available to staff that have successfully completed our Physical Intervention course or are completing the combined course.
Level 2 Award in Spectator Safety
We teach the Level 2 Award in Spectator Safety with Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC) for those wishing to become a steward at sports events, etc.
